Omega 3 fatty acids
Naturally in cold water fish oil, omega 3 fatty acids provide joint lubrication, sinovial fluid regeneration and also has a natural anti-inflammatory effect. Helps manage osteoarthritis.
Piperine
The active ingredient in black pepper. At even very low dosages, it can increase the absorption of curcumin up to 2000%!
Capsicum
Helps increase circulation in muscles and connective tissue and may reduce swelling and pain.
Boswellia serrata extract
Boswellia serrata is very popular in pain management and soothes muscles, tendons and connective tissues. Extract form allows for better absorption and lower dosages needed.
L-Carnitine
Pure L-Carnitine helps muscle recovery and restore tissue function, thus quickening recovery and stiffness and pain.
Devils claw extract
At safe dosages, devils claw positively assists in pain management, osteoarthritis and is a very effective anti-inflammatory. Extracts for lower but effective dosages.
Bromelain
